Bonnie was born into a Christian Family in Wilson Borough, later moving with her family to Palmer Township.  She smiles as she admits that she doesn’t remember a time in her life that Bethel wasn’t a major part of her family as her parents were actively involved in building the church building on Chestnut Ln. She became a custodial employee as a teenager and continues this service today alongside her father.  After Bonnie met and married her husband she started to attend his church for a period of time but never lost her connection to Bethel occasionally attending services and faithfully cleaning the church every week.  Bonnie, recently widowed, boasts of her three grown boys and her two granddaughters.

Bonnie remembers that she was at VBS in 2nd grade when she understood the need for a Savior and surrendered her life to Him at that time.  After graduating from Easton High School, she furthered her education at NCACC graduating with an Early Childhood Education Degree.  Bonnie has used her education working at several early childhood education centers in the Easton Area.

Her love for the Lord and for children naturally drew her to serve the Lord as Sunday School teacher, Cubbie Director, VBS worker, and serving in the nursery.   In addition, Bonnie assisted in directing plays and recitals for children’s programs at Bethel throughout the years.

Bonnie is an avid high school basketball and football fan and enjoys craft festivals and flea markets in her spare time.  Her favorite passage of Scripture for as long as she can remember is Proverbs 3:5 & 6, which has helped to carry her through some difficult days.
