Oscar was born and raised in Honduras. When he finished High School, he had the opportunity to go to Brazil for 2 years as an international student. Then a few years later, Oscar came to the U.S. and has been here for more than 30 years now.
His favorite hobby is soccer, or as he calls it, “The real football”.
Oscar has been a landscaper for life and currently works for a contracting company doing surveys, using the experience acquired in the industry throughout the years.
He came to Bethel Memorial because Ada, his wife then, brought him to the church. He grew to enjoy it and is still here. He has a son, a daughter, a stepdaughter, and 2 grandkids.
At Bethel Memorial, he serves on the Trustee board, a member of the Praise Team, and has had the privilege of being part of a few mission trips to Brazil.
